How To Make Apple Mojito Green Juice
Hello everyone, Today
I'm gonna be sharing with you guys one of my favorite green juice recipes and
it's been so long since I've done a juice so I thought why don't I share
another green juice recipe cause I make them all the time and I have so many
recipes that I'm constantly creating or just trying out and testing and why not
share them with you guys so you can enjoy them as well so today I'm doing a
little bit of a spin off of the regular standard green juice and I'm doing an apple
mojito green juice.
So this is what the juice looks like it is has apple in it of course some lime some mint it tastes like an apple mojito it's delicious I'm gonna show you guys how to make this you're going to need apple of course some lime ginger celery kale a cucumber and fresh mint and I will have all the measurements listed down below so I'm just gonna use the ceramic little vegetable peeler and I'm gonna peel my cucumber because I'm not using organic so if you're not using organic vegetables then you most likely wanna peel them because juicing them will just intensify or concentrate the toxins or pesticides on the fruit.
So now you just want to kind of chop everything up so it's gonna fit in your juicer depending on how big or small the top part of your juicer is mine's pretty small because it's a masticating juicer I believe the word is and you're just gonna throw everything in so I'm starting with my cucumber firs I like to start with the more water dense fruits and veggies that way I can actually juice them in a second time and that way I'm getting all of the juice as much juice as I can out of the fruit or vegetables next I'm going to just use some apple and at this point I'm just throwing in everything like I said just do the really juicy ones in the beginning so you can put in some ginger then I'm gonna add in my celery gives a nice like natural saltiness to your juices along with any citrus but I just love adding the self celery to most of my green juices next we're gonna add in your fresh mint and then you're gonna add in your fresh kale I just love kale I pretty much about it to everything don't mind my awkward hands in this video I'm just like I really have to put some arm muscle to get it through the chute here.
So this is like the pulp that I'm left with so I juiced all of those fruits and vegetables and that's all I'm left with so I'm really happy with this juicer and then at the end I just kind of throw in that last bit of pulp back in and then you're left with like a really dry pulp which is good because you're not wasting any of the produce which is key with juicing after the lime or any citrus if if it's just a little bit I'll just normally squeeze it in I love this little gadget here it's a little hand juicer and I will try to find one in link down below as well and I just got this one from Stokes and I love it cause it just juices everything out of the fruit and then you're just gonna pour it into your favorite class or mason jar cause I drink everything in mason jars and it is ready to enjoy I love this juice it really does have a resemblance of apple mojito without the rum but feel free to add a shot of rum in there if you like this is just a great detoxing green juice to have any time of the day really .
