  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced

  • 2 chops, preferably the tenderloin
  • style

To make:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the sugar, the butter the vinegar and the spices.

Keep about a tablespoon of the
butter mix and set it aside.

Add the apple and sweet potato to your brown sugar mix and coat them.

Place the apples and potatoes in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake for twenty minutes.

Meanwhile lightly brown the lamb in the remaining butter mix.

Remove the potato and apple mixture from the oven and add the lamb over the top of the mix.

Replace the dish in the oven and bake it for approximately 40 minutes until a meat thermometer shows that the lamb is cooked.
