Cooking Vegan Pizza Recipe

Cooking Vegan Pizza Recipe

Hi everyone today we are making Mini Vegan Pizza these pizzas are so easy to make you can really whip them up with anything that you have in your fridge the full recipe will be available on health net nutrition CA so be sure to check that out and these are just an amazing lunch or snack idea and I hope you guys enjoy that these are all the veggies we're gonna be using first things first we're gonna start with salsa I love salsa because it already has your onions and everything in it and then I'm using the spell tortilla wraps and these are great I like the ingredients in this one always check with the ingredients are in whatever you think and these go in the freezer you can use them whenever you'd like so I'm gonna take my salsa and I'm just gonna use a spoon and use the back of the spoon and kind of spread it around and you can just use any of your favorite salsa this is an organic one and I just love I just love using salsa instead of pizza sauce because sometimes you don't open up a huge can just for a mini pizza this is also the cheese I'm using this as a vegan cheese days and those are the ingredients that are in it.

So it's not a flip like compared to some of the other ones I think the ingredients in this one are pretty good and this is the pepper jack one which adds a really fun taste to these so you use any cheese you use regular cheese next you're gonna want to do your base and I'm using baby spinach you can use kale arugula is actually really good on these and I'm just using what I have in my fridge because the whole point of this is to use what you have and not to waste your veggies next I'm using chopped zucchini a lot of people might not think zucchini is good on pizza but for some reason on veggie pizzas this adds a really nice meaty taste to it and then another meaty taste is chopped mushrooms her fellow cremini whatever you like I think these work for me and I just love mushrooms on pizza but you can totally leave them out if you are not a mushroom person and then I'm going to use some chopped bell peppers I love sweet peppers because it adds a lovely crunch in color and they're just sweet and delicious and I good evening for all day I love them next a little this is kind of to add a little bit of a salty taste to your pizza I love olives I'm Portuguese.

So I think it's like in my blood but I'm using some black sliced olives and then we're gonna top it off with some fresh chopped basil and I have a basil plant that has still not died yet surprisingly I'm keeping it alive I throw that on there along with some mixed spices and all my spices that I use will be listed on my website so be sure to check that out you can use whatever spices that you like and then I just love green onion you can use regular red or white onion I just find that green onion is a little bit more mild tasting and just add adds like a nice pop of color as well cut it's all about color guys so we're gonna pop it on the stone of cooking plate tracing and then pop that in the oven and you're just gonna cook it away I normally do about 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes and take it right out it cooks pretty quickly because the crust is already cooked and it's pre thin and it's all veggies no meat so super easy and that's your pizza guys .
